Century Farm North 6th Addition <br />Development Agreement <br />June 2016 <br /> page 12 <br />24. Land Use Controls - Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />a. Century Farm North 6th Addition is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) as <br />approved by the City Council by Ordinance No. 12-03, Ordinance No. 06-14 and <br />Resolution No. 14-43. All development shall be in accordance with the <br />approved plans. <br /> <br />b. As specified in Resolution No. 14-43, the building design standards as <br />established in the R-2, Two Family Residential District shall apply to the single <br />family lots except the following PUD criteria regarding garages and front porches <br />shall apply: <br /> <br />i. All single family dwellings shall have a minimum double garage, <br /> <br />ii. All single family dwellings shall include a front porch or stoop that is <br />covered, unenclosed and a minimum of 3 feet in depth, <br /> <br />iii. All single family dwelling and garage elevations shall include a variation <br />in exterior building materials such as brick, stone, rock face, concrete <br />block, wood, stucco, vinyl, steel, fiber cement and aluminum siding, <br /> <br />iv. Side or rear loaded garages are permitted. The elevation facing the <br />street shall require a minimum of one (1) window, <br /> <br />v. The garage doors shall incorporate architectural design features such as <br />decorative windows, panels, hinges, etc., <br /> <br />vi. Garages in excess of two stalls shall be broken up so the additional stalls <br />are recessed from the main garage façade, <br /> <br />vii. Garage width does not exceed 32 feet.
