The following are our <br />review comments that should be responded to in writing by the applicant: <br /> <br />GRADING, EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL <br /> <br />1. The grading, erosion and sediment control preliminary plat documents need to be <br />submitted with the proposed changes for review. We do not anticipate any significant <br />changes to the proposed layouts with relation to grading, erosion and sediment control <br />preliminary. <br /> <br />2. A note needs to be added detailing precautions to be taken around infiltration basin <br />during construction to prevent machinery from damaging the basin. <br /> <br />3. The applicant is to label the FEMA floodplain limits on grading plans. <br /> <br />4. The applicant is to include soil boring 17 in the water table measurements on the grading <br />plan. <br /> <br />5. The minimum slope for yard drainage is 2%, the applicant shall modify Lots 1-5 Block 1 <br />and all Block 2 lots. <br /> <br />6. The applicant is to label proposed high points between lots, and proposed elevations at <br />property corners. <br /> <br />7. The applicant shall address the EOF elevations of the ponding areas verses the top of <br />berm elevations. <br /> <br />
