The following are our <br />review comments that should be responded to in writing by the applicant. <br /> <br />The project shall specify the City’s 2016 General Specifications and Standard Detail Plates for <br />Street and Utility Construction with the Final Plat and plan submittal. Include applicable City <br />Standard Detail Plates. <br /> <br />GRADING, EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL <br /> <br />1. Stormwater Pollution and Prevention Plan: <br /> <br />• Sheet C1.1 and C1.2 – For ponding areas include a note that “Grading must not be <br />excavated to final grade until the contributing drainage area has been constructed <br />and fully stabilized unless rigorous erosion prevention and sediment controls are <br />provided”. <br /> <br />• Sheet C1.1 and C1.2 - Label required buffer distances from surface <br />waters/wetlands. If buffer distance cannot be maintained, call out that with a note <br />on the plan sheet and provide redundant perimeter control BMPs. <br /> <br />• Sheet C1.2 - Inlet protection needed along Hokah Drive near the entrance to the <br />site. Show perimeter control where the area slopes away from the site. Label the temporary and permanent stabilization measures, and their location. <br /> <br />2. The restoration of green space in ponding areas and boulevards needs to be labeled on the <br />grading plans. <br />
