CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-93 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF INTERSECTION CONTROL EVALUATION <br />CENTERVILLE ROAD AND COUNTY ROAD J. <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Traffic Impact Study, prepared by Spack Consulting, dated January 22, 2016, <br />identified the need for possible improvements to the Centerville Road and County Road J <br />intersection; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the local road authorities including the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County and <br />Ramsey County, in partnership with the North Oaks Development Company have proposed the <br />preparation of an Intersection Control Evaluation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota, hereby authorizes WSB & Associates, Inc. to prepare the Intersection <br />Control Report for the amount of $15,108 in accordance with the proposal dated June 28, 2016, <br />subject to funding participation by Anoka County, Ramsey County and North Oaks <br />Development Company. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of August, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_____________and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_____________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
