Consider 2nd Reading of Ordinance No. 07-16, Approving Rezoning from LI, Light 151 <br />Industrial to PUD, Planned Unit Development – Community Development Director Grochala 152 <br />recalled that the council has reviewed this rezoning at a previous council meeting and first reading of 153 <br />the ordinance was approved along with the preliminary plat and development stage plan for the 154 <br />Clearwater Creek Business Park. At this time staff recommends that the council approve the 2nd 155 <br />reading and adoption of the ordinance. 156 <br /> 157 <br />Council Member Kusterman moved to waive the full reading of Ordinance No. 07-16. Council 158 <br />Member Maher seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 159 <br /> 160 <br />Council Member Kusterman moved to approve the 2nd Reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 07-16 161 <br />as presented. Council Member Maher seconded the motion: Yeas, 5; Nays none. 162 <br /> 163 <br />ii. Consider Resolution No. 16-86, Approving Development Agreement for Grading – 164 <br />Community Development Director Grochala noted that the city regulations allow for commencement 165 <br />of grading activities prior to approval of a final plat. Since the developer is prepared to begin 166 <br />grading, staff recommends approval of an agreement regulating that grading activity. 167 <br /> 168 <br />Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 16-86 as presented. Council Member 169 <br />Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 170 <br /> 171 <br />Item 6B had been removed from the agenda based on a work session discussion. 172 <br /> 173 <br />6C) Consider Resolution No. 16-79, Approving the Plans and Specifications and Authorizing 174 <br />the Ad for Bid, 2016 Aqua Lane to Black Duck Drive Trunk Water Main Construction- City 175 <br />Engineer Hankee reviewed the written staff report and recommendation to move forward on addition 176 <br />of a water main. She reviewed the project budget and schedule, including working with the golf 177 <br />course to minimize impact on their schedule. Council Member Manthey asked if this will be drilled 178 <br />and Ms. Hankee said drilling is the operation of choice based on archeological considerations; a bit of 179 <br />sanitary line will also be added as part of the drilling. 180
