The Minnesota Department
of Transportation (MnDOT) has reviewed the plat in compliance with Minnesota Statute 505.03,
subdivision 2, Plats, and has the following comments:
Right -of -Way (r/w):
1. MnDOT's permanent r/w line should be labeled on the plat.
2. MnDOT's Access Control should also be shown and labeled.
For questions regarding these comments please contact Ashley Roup in MnDOT's Right-of-way
section at 651-234-7558 or Ashley.Rou-pkstate.mn.us.
Permits:
No impacts to the I-35E right-of-way will be allowed.
For questions concerning this comment, please contact Buck Craig, Metro Permits, at 651-234-
7911 or buck.craigstate.mn.us.
Water Resources:
More information is required to determine if this project affects MnDOT drainage conditions.
The majority of the site drains away from MnDOT Trunk Highway right of way and is of
minimal concern.
However, more information pertaining to the possible ditch impact at the north end of the project
site is required. MnDOT needs confirmation that the project does not adversely impact drainage
from that ditch within the vicinity of where it enters the creek.
