Learn how to Punch , kick and defend yourself with this form of Korean martial Arts . Tae Kwon Do teaches courtesy, perseverance, self-control , as well as endurance, balance, and flexibility. This class is open to 6 year olds to adults . Our beginner class is designed for everyone and will work in small groups to focus on varying skill levels . Our advanced class is designed for students that would like to further their skills in Tae Kwon Do . Students must have completed the beginner class with us to be able to attend the advanced class .
