COUNCIL MINUTES September 26, 2016 <br />DRAFT <br />6 <br />Consider Resolution No. 16-112, Approving Conveyance of Trail Easement to Anoka County, 198 <br />Legacy at Woods Edge Regional Trail Connection – Community Development Director Grochala 199 <br />reported that the resolution provides for an easement over a trail as is being requested by Anoka County. 200 <br />Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 16-112 as presented. Council Member 201 <br />Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 202 <br />6E) Consider Resolution No. 16-81, Approving Payment No. 8 and Final, 2015 Street 203 <br />Reconstruction Project (Shenandoah Area) – WSB Representative Brian Bourassa reported that the 204 <br />resolution approves a final payment for the 2015 street reconstruction project. The final payment amount 205 <br />was noted as well as the final total project cost. Council Member Rafferty suggested that this project was 206 <br />well done as it needed to be. Mayor Reinert remarked on doing what was right for the residents in this 207 <br />case (allowing wells to remain). 208 <br />Council Member Kuserman moved to approve Resolution No. 16-81 as presented. Council Member 209 <br />Maher seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 210 <br />6G) Consider Resolution No. 16-115 Approving Change Order No. 2 and Final Pay Voucher No. 211 <br />4, 2015 Mill and Overlay Project – WSB Representative Brian Bourassa reported. The resolution 212 <br />providing for a change order and final payment for the 2015 Mill and Overlay project. The project is 213 <br />complete and staff is prepared to recommend approval of these actions. He noted the change order, final 214 <br />payment and overall project cost. Good to get this challenging project buttoned up. 215 <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 16-115 as presented. Council Member 216 <br />Maher seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 217 <br />6H) Consider Resolution No. 16-118, Approving Payment No. 7 and Final, Birch Street & 218 <br />Centerville Road Street and Trunk Utility Improvements – WSB Engineer Represenative Brian 219 <br />Bourassa reviewed the written report on the project and the staff recommendation to move forward with 220 <br />a final payment. Final costs were noted. 221 <br />Coucnil Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 16-118 as presented. Council Member 222 <br />Maher seconded the motion.
