Hankee, City Engineer <br /> <br />MEETING DATE: October 24, 2016 <br /> <br />TOPIC : Consider Resolution No. 16-138, Adopting Assessments, <br />NorthPointe 2nd Addition <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 Vote Required <br /> <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />The City Council is to adopt assessments for the NorthPointe 2nd Addition Development pursuant <br />the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />The following development project is substantially complete, and therefore City Staff is prepared <br />to adopt the assessments accordingly: <br /> <br />Development Development Agreement Date <br /> <br />NorthPointe 2nd Addition September 22, 2014 <br /> <br />The total amount to be assessed is $1,193,056.00. In the above referenced Development <br />Agreement, the property owner waives any and all procedural and substantive objections to the <br />special assessments. <br /> <br />The developer has reviewed and approved the assessments. Attached is a breakdown of the <br />NorthPointe 2nd Addition assessments. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Approve Resolution 16-138, Adopting Assessments, NorthPointe 2nd Addition which Requested <br />Connection to City Utilities. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
