Hankee, City Engineer <br /> <br />MEETING DATE: October 24, 2016 <br /> <br />TOPIC : Consider Resolution No. 16-142, Adopting Assessments, Century <br />Farm North 6th Addition <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 Vote Required <br /> <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />The City Council is to adopt assessments for the Century Farm North 6th Addition Development <br />pursuant the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />The following development project is substantially complete, and therefore City Staff is prepared <br />to adopt the assessments accordingly: <br /> <br />Development Development Agreement Date <br /> <br />Century Farm North 6th Addition June 22, 2016 <br /> <br />The total amount to be assessed is $135,104.04. In the above referenced Development <br />Agreement, the property owner waives any and all procedural and substantive objections to the <br />special assessments. <br /> <br />The developer has reviewed and approved the assessments. Attached is a breakdown of the <br />Century Farm North 6th Addition assessments. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Approve Resolution 16-142, Adopting Assessments, Century Farm North 6th Addition. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
