Affected <br />property owners received mailed notice of this proceeding and have been allowed ample time to <br />pay the delinquent charges. <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 16-148, authorizing the certification <br />of delinquent water and sewer utility charges to be collected with 2016 property taxes payable in <br />2017 at an interest rate of 8% per annum. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 16-148 <br />Listing of Delinquent Utility Accounts
