<br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-136 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT <br />AND SITE PLAN REVIEW FOR LINO LAKES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL <br />(725 MAIN STREET) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received an application for a conditional use permit amendment <br />and site plan review for a renovation to the existing Lino Lakes Elementary School <br />hereafter referred to as “Development”; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PSP, Public and Semi-Public and allows for schools <br />(public and private) with a conditional use permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, per Section 1007.016(2)(n), the school is considered to have an existing <br />conditional use permit because it was existing as of July 14, 1997 and any structural <br />alteration of the facility requires an amendment to the conditional use permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the legal descriptions of the subject properties are: <br /> <br />Property Identification No. 05-31-22-44-0002 <br /> <br />That certain part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼ of SE <br />¼), Section 5, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as <br />follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point on the South line of said Southeast <br />Quarter of Southeast Quarter, 650 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; <br />thence West along said South line, for 660 feet to the Southwest corner of said <br />Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter; thence North 1 degree 18 minutes East, <br />along the West line of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter, for 600 feet; <br />thence East, parallel to described first course, for 660 feet; thence South, parallel <br />to described second course, for 660 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Property Identification No. 05-31-22-44-0001 <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼ of SE ¼) of <br />Section 5, Township 31 North, Range 22 West, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5; thence West, along the South line <br />of the SE ¼ of the SE 1/4, a distance of 650 feet; thence Northerly, parallel with <br />the West line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 660 <br />feet to the point of beginning; thence West, parallel with the South line of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 660 feet, to the West <br />line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence Northerly, along <br />said West line, a distance of 659.96 feet to the Northwest corner of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5; thence Easterly, along the North <br />line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 660.29 feet to
