• The Lino Lakes Handbook For Environmental Planning and Conservation <br />Development <br />• The Minnesota DNR Remy Significant Ecological Areas Assessment, <br />Rare Wildlife and Plant Models built by the City <br />• The Lino Lakes Parks, Natural Open Space/Greenways, and Trails System <br />Plan, <br />• The I -35E Corridor Alternative Urban Area -wide Review (AUAR) assessment <br />• The Rice Creek Watershed District/Lino Lakes Resources Management Plan <br />• The Assessment of Development, Suitability and Natural Resources <br />Conservation Opportunities study, <br />• The City of Lino Lakes Local Surface Water Management Plan <br />7. Support the Community Garden site and continue the partnership with Park <br />Department to manage the Community Garden site, adapt gardens to site land <br />sale. <br />Do an annual review/update in regards to the Lino Lakes EAB Implementation <br />Plan. Offer residents opportunities for tree purchasing. Obtain Forestry interns <br />and train them in Ash Tree Treatment start treating a third of our City boulevard <br />trees. <br />9. Continue to work on Wollan's Park Wetland bank to achieve wetland bank credits <br />by the end of the year 2019 and investigate new banking opportunities. Help to <br />establish a city wide process to fund wetland banking. <br />10. Continue to monitor the Heron rookery and water quality in the northern one third <br />of Peltier Lake and to support the protection of resources in that area. Update <br />Council on these matters. Recruit new volunteers to help with rookery <br />maintenance and monitoring. <br />11. Support Stormwater,efforts of our engineering department in Community <br />Development to develop a NPDES next phase inventory of our ponds and support <br />adequate funding for needed maintenance efforts. <br />12. Support the maintenance of established conservation easement areas where <br />funding is available. <br />7. ADJOURNMENT <br />Ms. Klebba made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 8:07p.m. Motion was supported <br />by Ms. Kaufenberg.
