ONE MISSION. <br /> <br />These conferences provide the explorers with opportunities to meet with their peers, be <br />exposed to law enforcement agencies at the state and <br />federal level, and the chance to receive college <br />scholarship money through their participation in the <br />mock scenarios. <br /> <br />Volunteering in the community is also an important <br />aspect of the Explorer program. This year Explorers <br />volunteered over 2200 of hours in various community <br />activities. The Explorers assisted in the St Paul Bike <br />Classic, Blue Heron Days parade and activities, Valley <br />Scare, 3M Golf Championship in Blaine, Anoka County Halloween parade, St. Paul City Bike <br />Classic, Ethan’s Run and Safety Camp. <br /> <br />TRAIL WATCH - Over the course of 2016 the Lino Lakes Trail Watch volunteers completed 914 <br />hours of patrol.
