PUBLIC HEARING to consider Century Farm North 7th Addition Preliminary <br />Plat and PUD Final Plan/Final Plat <br /> <br />Century Farm North is a residential Planned Unit Development (PUD) in northwest Lino <br />Lakes and was approved in 2003. It includes a mix of housing styles including typical <br />single family lots, single family airpark lots with hangars, single family detached <br />townhomes (individual house lots located within a commonly owned yard lot) and <br />attached townhomes. <br /> <br />The proposed Century Farm North 7th Addition is the final plat of the development. The <br />project consists of 12 townhomes (2 buildings with 6 units each) and is consistent with <br />the approved original 2003 PUD. The 1.2 acre parcel is legally described as Outlot C, <br />Century Farm North 6th Addition and is located at the intersection of Morgan Lane and <br />Robinson Drive. <br /> <br />Mr. Tralle recommended alternative exterior color pallets that will be complementary to <br />the existing townhomes. <br /> <br />The owner Gary Uhde, 3157 Berwick Knoll Brooklyn Park, MN 55443 addressed the <br />board. Mr. Uhde explained the process of the Century Farms North additions. He stated <br />this will be the last addition, and the development will be complete. He expressed his <br />gratitude toward the City. <br /> <br />Greg Johnson with Lino Lakes Townhomes, LLC, 6750 Stillwater BLVD N, Suite #200, <br />Stillwater, MN 55082 addressed the Board. Mr. Johnson expressed his willingness to <br />consider alterative exterior color pallets. <br /> <br />Chair Tralle declared the Public Hearing open at 7:52 p.m. <br /> <br />There was no one present to speak. <br /> <br />Mr. Laden made a MOTION to close the Public Hearing at 7:53 p.m. Motion was <br />supported by Mr. Masonick. Motion carried 4-0. (Tralle abstained) <br /> <br />Mr. Root made a MOTION to recommend approval of Century Farm North 7th Addition <br />Preliminary Plat and PUD Final Plan/Final Plat with the condition that alternative <br />exterior color pallets be provided to City staff for review and approval. <br /> <br />Motion was supported by Mr. Laden. <br /> <br />Motion carried 4 - 0. (Tralle abstained) <br /> <br /> <br />
