At stated in the email Mr. Uhde was more than fully satisfying his park dedication <br />requirements. <br /> <br />As with several other parks in the City, ultimate park development is dependent on collection of <br />park fees from the surrounding service area. Parks are intended to have a ¼ to ½ mile service <br />area. Development of the surrounding Robinson Sod Farms will generate park dedication <br />dollars that will be used to develop Century Farm North Park. In addition, approval of Century <br />Farm North 6th Addition did result in the collection of an additional $20,000 in park dedication <br />fees. Staff will be evaluating opportunities to leverage these funds to complete a portion of the <br />internal trail network in the park. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />1.
