Off-leash <br /> area is 13 fully fenced acres . <br /> • Bald Eagle-Otter Lakes Regional Park - 5750 Otter Lake Road, White Bear <br /> Township . Off- leash area is 10 fully fenced acres . <br /> The Park Board should provide a recommendation whether a dog park should be placed <br /> within our neighborhood parks system, and if so, where . Issues including cost, parking, <br /> noise, potential conflicts with other park users, etc. need to be considered . <br />
