The 75 council received a full presentation and approved first reading of the ordinance at their last meeting. 76 77 Council Member Kusterman moved to waive the full reading of Ordinance No. 04-17 as presented. 78 Council Member Maher seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 79 80 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve the 2nd Reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 04-17, 81 as presented. Council Member Maher seconded the motion.
