Arlo Lane Stop Sign Review 4 | Page <br /> <br />Conclusions / Recommendation <br /> <br />Based on the review of the intersection, the traffic characteristics and the requirement found in <br />the MnMUTCD, it can be concluded that; the traffic volumes in this area are typical volumes for <br />residential streets and, the intersection does not meet the warrants for all-way stop sign <br />installation. <br /> <br />Based on these conclusions the following is recommended: <br /> <br />1. No change in existing traffic control. <br /> <br />2. Continue to provide police presence in the area. <br /> <br />3. Traffic control at the intersection should continue to be monitored and, if at any time <br />there are demonstrated safety concerns, the City may reevaluate the installation of the <br />intersection control.
