Planning & Zoning Board <br />March 8, 2017 <br />Page 4 <br />DRAFT MINUTES <br /> <br />Ms. Larsen presented the staff report. Staff recommended approval of Erickson Estates <br />Final Plat. <br /> <br />The applicant has submitted a land use application for Final Plat. The proposed <br />development is a 2 lot single family residential subdivision located at the northwest <br />quadrant of White Pine Road and Baldwin Lake Road. The development contains one <br />4.38 gross acre parcel and is called Erickson Estates. <br /> <br />Paul McGinley with Loucks, 7200 Hemlock Lane, stated that he is representing the <br />owners and there to answer any questions and everything is going smoothly. <br /> <br />Mr. Root made a MOTION to recommend approval of Erickson Estates <br /> <br />Motion was supported by Mr. Evenson. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />Mr. Grochala presented project updates <br />a. Continuing to work on Comp plan process, staff still looking at consultatnts. <br />b. Mattamy Homes has moved out of MN. Mattamy Homes owns one parcel in Lino <br />Lakes and parcel is currently on the market. <br />c. St. Clair Estates will begin construction later this year. <br />d. Woods Edge project has approval for 3rd strucutre. <br />e. Eagle Liquor is working through parking consideration. <br />f. Century Farms North 6th edition – Robinson Road should be open now. Couple <br />houses going up on single family portion. Dropped to finish townhouses and parcel <br />is back on the market. Water main taken care of – looped water main. <br />g. Interest on the east side of Lino Lakes. <br />h. Drainage area study still underway. Stormwater management plan to be approved <br />by the district this Spring. <br /> <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Root made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 7:22 p.m. Motion was supported <br />by Mr. Everson.
