Thus <br />we have not reviewed for the Wetland Conservation Act (WCA). <br />1. Provided the LGU approves the wetland delineation, there are no proposed wetland <br />impacts. Therefore, no wetland mitigation approval is needed. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL <br />1. No comments. <br />TRANSPORTATION <br />1. The right of way along White Pine Road should be extended to 40 ft as this is classified <br />as a collector street. <br />WATER SYSTEM <br />1. Update `Water Main Notes' note 2 to the following verbiage: Maintain 24 -inch minimum <br />vertical clearance between sewer and water main crossings. Maintain 10 -foot horizontal <br />clearance between water main and sewer. <br />2. Revise note for scenario where curb stops fall in driveways to read `Where curb stops fall <br />in driveway, provide Ford Al type casting. <br />SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br />1. Add `Sanitary Sewer Notes' note 2 that contractor shall provide X. Y and Z GPS <br />coordinates of wye and service end. <br />STORM SEWER SYSTEM <br />1. All storm sewer shall be reinforced concrete pipe. <br />2. Proposed storm sewer does not meet minimum grade requirements for flushing (3 fps). <br />3. Proposed storm sewer does not meet minimum cover requirements (2 ft). <br />4.
