The proposed development is a 6 lot single <br />family residential subdivision. It contains 1 existing parcel (177 White Pine Road) that is <br />approximately 2.18 gross acres. <br />BACKGROUND <br />The attached Planning & Zoning staff report dated August 10, 2016 details the project. <br />Comprehensive Plan <br />Chavez Preserve is consistent with the goals and policies of the comprehensive plan in regards <br />to resource management, land use, housing, transportation and utilities. <br />
