CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 16-167 �-- RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2016 GENERAL OPERATING BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a general operating budget for 2016, and WHEREAS, the City Council has made certain fiscal decisions through the year which have an impact on the general operating budget, and WHEREAS, changes in economic conditions and changes in budget forecasts have made it necessary for the City Council to reconsider portions of the adopted general operating budget, and WHEREAS, it is good management and accounting practice to amend the general operating budget to reflect such changes.
