CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-4 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 5 AND FINAL FOR THE NORTHPOINTE 2ND STREET <br />AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 14-122 of the Council adopted October 13, 2014, awarding <br />the contract for the NorthPointe 2"d Street and Utility Improvement project to Kuechle <br />Underground Inc. <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 5 (Final); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br />Request No. 5 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of $775,559.76. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of January, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Mantney and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, Kusterman, Rafferty, Maher, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Juane Bartell, City Jerk <br />
