CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-08 <br />AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF WETLAND AND NATURAL RESOURCE <br />RESTORATION REVOLVING FUND PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Wollan Park Wetland Bank application on January <br />9, 2012 (Resolution No 12-24); and <br />WHEREAS, The Wollan Park wetland bank has been approved by the Minnesota Board of <br />Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) and the Army Corps of Engineers; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is in the best interests of the City to develop a <br />plan for the use and disposition of available credits in the wetland bank to support the continued <br />implementation of the City's Parks, Natural Open Space/Greenways and Trail System Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, The City has received a proposal from WSB & Associates, Inc. to prepare said <br />plan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota, hereby authorizes WSB & Associates, Inc. to prepare the Wetland and <br />Natural Resource Revolving Fund Plan for the amount of $8,182.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of January, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council MemberKinsterman and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, Kusterman, Maher, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Abstain - Rafferty) <br />ATI EST: <br />Julianne Bartell, Ci <br />Cle- <br />
