b-- CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-11 <br />APPROVING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR ERICKSON ESTATES <br />WHEREAS, Joan and David Erickson submitted a Land Use Application requesting the <br />following Comprehensive Plan Amendments for a 4.38 acre parcel of property located at 63 <br />White Pine Road: <br />o Amend the Future Land Use Map from Urban Reserve to Low Density <br />Residential <br />o Amend the Utility Staging Map from Stage 3 (Post 2030) to Stage 1A (2008- <br />2015); and <br />WHEREAS, the parcel is depicted on Exhibit A attached herein and legally described as <br />follows: <br />That part of the following described property which lies East of Line A described herein: <br />The South 350.00 feet of the west 700.00 feet of Government Lot 3, and that part of the <br />west 700.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter which lies North of <br />the south 1044.34 feet thereof, all in Section 31, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br />Line A <br />Commencing at a point on the South line of Section 31, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, distant 670.00 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Section 31, <br />thence North and parallel with the West line of said Section 31 a distance of 2378.08 feet; <br />thence West and parallel with the south line of said Section 31 a distance of 284.88 feet; <br />thence South and parallel with said West line a distance of 34.19 feet to a point on the <br />North line of the South 1044.34 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />of said Section 31, which is the point of beginning of Line A to be described; thence <br />North parallel with the West line of the southwest Quarter of said Section 31 to a point on <br />the East and West Quarter line of said Section 31; thence North parallel with the west line <br />of Government Lot 3 of said Section 31 to a point on the North line of the South 350.00 <br />feet of said Government Lot 3 and there terminating. <br />Abstract Property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board reviewed the requested amendments at a duly <br />called public hearing on January 11, 2017 and recommended approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />makes the following findings of fact based on the criteria outlined on page 3-26 of the 2030 <br />1 <br />
