CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-15 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR PRO STAR TREE CARE <br />WHEREAS, Pro Star Tree Care has submitted a peddlers license application to the city clerk's <br />office; and <br />WHEREAS, Pro Star Tree Care has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, a background check on the company representative Randy Lust has been <br />completed by the Public Safety Department; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Mr. Randy Lust, owner of Pro Star Tree Care to sell services door to door for a <br />period of six -months beginning April 10, 2017 and ending October 10, 2017. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of February, 2017 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Kusterman, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent - Maher) <br />ATTEST: <br />a . e Bartell, City ler <br />
