The City uses a pavement rating review to annually analyze the conditions of the <br />City's streets and recommend segments that meet the maintenance requirements. Streets are <br />selected for maintenance based on pavement management criteria, input from Public Works, and <br />feasibility of locations. <br />The proposed project includes the following: <br />Mill and Overlay <br />2nd Avenue (Lake Dr to Elm St) <br />Glenview Avenue (Glenview Ln to 2nd Ave) <br />Parkview Avenue (Glenview Ln to 2nd Ave) <br />Alternate Glenview Lane and Gladstone Circle <br />Elm Street (Grey Heron Dr to Lake Dr) <br />Seal Coat <br />Kelly Street <br />Stagecoach Trl (north section) <br />Vaughn Ct <br />Oakwood Ln <br />Red Fox Rd <br />Fox Rd (east section) <br />The schedule for this project is as follows: <br />City Council Order Project, Authorizes Plans and Spec's <br />City Council Approves Plans and Specifications <br />Dec. 12, 2016 <br />Feb. 27, 2017 <br />
