CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-33 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE IMPROVEMENT <br />PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN LEGION (7731 LAKE DRIVE) <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed the review of the site and building plans for a parking lot <br />expansion project located at 7731 Lake Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the parcel is legally described as: <br />LOT 14 and 15, BLOCK 2, CAROLE'S ESTATES 2ND ADDITION; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1007.020(5)(d) of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance requires the execution <br />of a site performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br />the Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and American <br />Legion is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute such <br />agreements on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of April, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member KustPrman and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, Kusterman, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent - Maher) <br />ATTEST: <br />nne Bartell, Cit Cler <br />
