CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-46 <br />`-- RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR RECORDING THE <br />FINAL PLAT OF ST. CLAIR ESTATES <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by Minnesota Statutes and City of Lino <br />Lakes ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for St. Clair Estates, a residential subdivision, was approved by the <br />City Council on February 27, 2017 with Resolution No. 16-133; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1001.059(3) states the developer shall record the plat within 90 days after <br />the date of approval, otherwise the approval of the final plat shall be considered void, unless the <br />developer requests and receives an extension from the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Jamie Jensen, St. Clair Land Company, has requested a 90 day extension to <br />finalize details related to financing. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />1. The final plat and related documents for St. Clair Estates shall be recorded with <br />Anoka County by August 26, 2017 unless an additional extension is granted by the <br />City Council. <br />2.
