CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-53 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FACILITIES BETWEEN RICE CREEK <br />WATERSHED DISTRICT, FOREST LAKE AREA SCHOOLS AND <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Elementary School project includes the construction of stormwater <br />management facilities; and <br />WHEREAS, such stormwater facilities are subject to the requirements of the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District and the City of Lino Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers conditionally approved <br />Permit No. 16-084 for the project subject to the execution a maintenance agreement between the <br />City and the Rice Creek Watershed District; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes approved Resolution No. 16-136 with conditions for the <br />project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />executes the Maintenance Agreement Stormwater Management Facilities between the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District, Forest Lake Area Schools and City of Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of June, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent -Kusterman) <br />ATTEST: <br />__``► <br />Juli., e Bartell, City 1 lerk <br />Jeff Reinert, M <br />
