City of Lino Lakes <br />Park Board Meeting <br />Monday, November 6, 1995 <br />be able to be put up again with a few minor repairs. <br />The equipment will be age appropriate for 2-5 year <br />olds. It was suggested the board look at a trail <br />and lighting for this park in the future. <br />4. A-3 Complex <br />Open ended financial commitment for land acquisition. $ 0 <br />After lengthy discussion on the athletic complex it <br />was decided to keep pursuing doing a joint venture <br />with surrounding communities. This is the best way <br />to acquire grant money for the acquisition of land <br />for the complex. However, members felt they did not <br />want --to put additional money in this project for the <br />present time. <br />5. Quail Ridge <br />Master plan, trail and boardwalk. <br />Marty will see if Michael Krech can work on a base map $ 3,000 <br />for this park so the cost for Brauer to do the master <br />plan will be much less. The board estimated the <br />trail and boardwalk to cost approximately $21,200. <br />This will not be done this year but in the future. <br />6. Country Lakes Park <br />Trails and general grading. <br />There has been a great deal of work done in this park $ 0 <br />this year. There is still much more to do. There is <br />approximately $6,500 left from the 1995 goal budget. <br />The Park Board decided to spend the $6,500 budgeted, <br />but to not budget anything for 1996. <br />7. Clearwater Creek <br />Trail development. <br />The board decided to wait for development in this <br />project. <br />8 <br />$ 0 <br />TOTAL COST $115,000 <br />
