TKDA <br />DATE January 19. 1996 <br />TOPIC <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 96-07 <br />Ordering Preparation of Plans and Specificonsfor the <br />Clearwater Creek Trunk Utility Improvements <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The improvement involves the construction of trunk sanitary sewer and watermain to <br />serve that portion of the Clearwater Creek Development Center located between Cedar <br />and Main Streets, east of I -35E. These utilities would provide service to support <br />development of the business sites in that area.. The Public Heating will be held at the <br />January 22, 1996 meeting prior to consideration of this action. The plans and <br />specifications will be prepared In time to allow the improvements to be completed in the <br />Summer of 1996. <br />OPTIC: <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 96-07 Ordering Preparation of Plans and Silica#ions <br />for the Clearwater Creek Trunk Utility Improvements. <br />2. Return the matter to staff for further review. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No. 1 - Approve Resolution No. 96-07 Ordering Preparation of Plans and <br />Specifications for the Clearwater Creek Trunk Utility improvements. <br />
