TKDA <br />DATE January 18. 19E6 <br />TOPIC <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 96-08 <br />Ordering Preparation of Plans and Specifications <br />For Elevated Water Storage Tank No 2 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />This improvement involves the construction of an elevated water storage tank, the City's <br />second tank, in the vicinity of the Clearwater Creek Development Center. The Public <br />Hearing for this project will be held at the January 22, 1996 meeting prior to <br />consideration of this action. This project is consistent with the City's Comprehensive <br />Water System Plan. <br />The schedule presented in the Feasibility Report calls for the Plans and Specifications <br />to be ordered January 22, 1996, and to be brought back to the City Council on February <br />26, 1996, for approval. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 96-08 Ordering Preparation of Plans and Specifications <br />for Elevated Water Storage Tank No. 2. <br />2. Return the matter to staff for further review. <br />RECOMM ATION: <br />Option No. 1 - Approve Resolution No. 96-08 Ordering Preparation of Plans and <br />Specifications for Elevated Water Storage Tank No. 2. <br />
