AGENDA ITEM 11B <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: David Ahrens, Public Works Director/City Engineer ineerb <br />4c- <br />DATE: 1f19f' <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 96-03 - Order Improvement, Approve Plans and <br />Specifications and Order Advertisement for Bids - Pumphouse 3 <br />BACKGROUND:, <br />The plans and specifications for the well and pumphouse number 3 were ordered <br />by the City Council September 26, 1994. The well drilling was completed the <br />first week of January 1996. City Council action is requested to order the <br />improvement, approve the plans and specifications, and order the advertisement <br />for bids for the construction of the pumphouse. Attached with this report is a <br />location map and drawing of the pumphouse. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Return to staff for further review. <br />2. Adopt Resolution Number 96-03 ordering the Improvement, approving the <br />plans and specifications. and ordering advertisement for bids on pumphouse <br />3. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Resolution Number 96-03, ordering the Improvement, <br />approving the plans and specifications, and ordering advertisement for bids on <br />pumphouse 3 be adopted. <br />
