Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-167 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FIVE (5) MEMBER HRA COMMISSION TO OPERATE <br />THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE.CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.003, subd. 5 of the <br />HRA Act, states that the City shall appoint a five member <br />commission to operate the HRA following the effective date of the <br />resolution establishing said HRA, and <br />WHEREAS, that effective date was December 1, 1995, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: <br />1. The HRA shall be governed by a board of commissioners <br />("Commissioners") consisting of the City Council members. <br />2. The City Administrator for the City shall act as the <br />Executive Director of the HRA and, in such capacity, shall act at <br />the direction of the Commissioners. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this llth day <br />of December, 1995. <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, <br />Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
