COUNCIL MEETING DECEMBER 18,1995 <br />disagreement. She thanked Mr. Schumacher and City staff and noted that they have been <br />professional, fun and always real quick to respond. Council Member Elliott thanked the <br />voters for giving her a chance to serve on the City Council. <br />Council Member Kuether noted that a reception for Mayor Reinert and Council Member <br />Elliott will be held following this meeting at the Blaine American Legion Club on <br />Flowerfield in Blaine. <br />Mayor Reinert introduced his oldest grandson Dan and asked him to gavel the end of the <br />meeting. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to adjourn at 7:43 P.M. Council Member Kuether <br />seconded the motion.
