Council Member Bergeson <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-188 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE ELEVATED WATER STORAGIi TANK N4. 2 <br />REPORT AND SETTING A PUBUC HEARING. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted September 11, 1995, a <br />report has been prepared by TKDA with reference to the improvement of Elevated <br />Water Storage Tank No. 2, and this report was received by the Council on December <br />18.. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE R RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement In accordant with the report <br />and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of he cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 for the estimated total cost <br />of the improvement. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve ent on the 22nd <br />day of January 1996, in the Council Chambers of the City Hail at 6: 5 P.M. and the <br />Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and provement as <br />required by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 18th day of December, 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />9. derson <br />MarilynY <br />Clerk Treasurer <br />Vernon F.
