Council Member Neal introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-22 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE BIRCH STREET TRUNK WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 96-05 of the Lino Lakes City Council <br />adopted the 22nd day of January, 1996, a report was prepared for <br />this improvement and, <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 96-21 adopted the 12th Day of February, 1996, <br />received the report and fixed a date for a City Council hearing on <br />the following described improvement: <br />BIRCH STREET TRUNK WATERMAIN <br />AND WHEREAS, Certain questions and concerns raised by property owners relating <br />to the construction of these improvements could only be answered <br />and addressed after preparation of plans and specifications, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City finds it necessary to order the preparation of plans and <br />specifications at this time. <br />2. John Powell, TKDA, is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br />improvement. - <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day, f F,bruary, 1996. <br />` dA _ A,4 Jain L.
