4. A-3 COMPLEX Open ended financial commitment for land acquisition. After lengthy discussion on the athletic complex it was decided to keep pursuing doing a joint venture with surrounding communities. This is the best way to acquire grant money for the acquisitionof land for the complex. However, members felt they did not want to put additional mouey in this project for the present time unless needed to pursue property acquisition. 5. QUAIL RIDGE Master plan, trail and boardwalk. Marty will see if Michael Krech can work on a base map for this park so the cost for Brauer to do the master plan. will he Touch. less. The board estimated the trail and boardwalk to cost approximately $21,200.00. This will not be done this year but in. the future. 6. COUNTRY LAKES PARK Trails and general grading. There has been a great deal of work. done in this park this year. is approximately $6,500.00 deft from the 1995 goal budget. The Par Board decided to spend the $6,500.00 budgeted, but to not budget anything for 1996. CL.EARWATER CREEK Trail development.
