<br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 96 - 02, Award Construction Contract Marshan Lake
<br />Condominium Street and Utility Improvements
<br />INTRODUCTION:
<br />Sealed bids were received and opened on Thursday, January 18, 1996, for the
<br />construction of streets and utilities for the Marshan Lake Condominiums. City
<br />Council action is required to award a construction contract to the lowest
<br />responsible bidder.
<br />BACKGROUND:
<br />The City Council ordered the improvement for the Marshan Lake Condominium
<br />Street and Utility Improvements at the December 18, 1996, Council Meeting. On
<br />Thursday, January 18, 1996, thirteen sealed bids were received and opefled with
<br />the following results:
