A letter from the developer stating his <br />preference for method of installation of <br />improvements: <br />a. DEVELOPER & CITY INSTALLED IMPROVEMENTS <br />CITY INSTALLED IMPROVEMENTS <br />✓ 2. A Final Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control and <br />Development Plan shall be submitted by the <br />developer for approval. This plan must <br />incorporate all revisions made or discussed <br />during preliminary plat review and subsequent <br />discussions or negotiations. This plan will be <br />made part of the Development Contract. THE <br />GRADING WILL NOT COMMENCE UNTIL THESE PLANS ARE <br />APPROVED BY THE CITY ENGINEER. <br />3. The engineer shall have a Development <br />Financial Requirement Worksheet prepared and <br />attached to the Development Agreement. <br />4. The developer will meet with the City Staff <br />to finalize the terms of the Development <br />ti/ 5. <br />5. Upon Finalization of the Development Contract <br />the City Clerk shall have the Final Copy of the <br />Contract signed by all appropriate parties. <br />6. Financial guarantees shall be posted with the <br />City as outlined in the Development Contract. <br />7. Developer shall submit five (5) copies of the <br />REF: Subdcklst 11/18/92 <br />approved final grading, drainage, and erosion <br />control and development plans to city staff. <br />6 <br />
