Minimum Parking Requirements. <br />(1) Office - 2 stalls per employee (30 x 2 = 60). <br />(2) Other - warehouse, production etc 1 stall for each 2000 SF Gross <br />Area <br />(3) <br />124.800 = 63 stalls <br />2000 <br />Total minimum stalls required = 123 stalls <br />(4) Actual parking shown = 202 stalls <br />(5) Employee count - 30 in office and 170 in production. <br />(6) HANDICAP STALLS - 5 - near entrance. <br />(7) <br />TOTAL BUILDING AREA = 138,400 SF with a possible 108,800 S.F. of <br />expansion. <br />e. It is intended to berm an area to the north to screen parking and serve as a snow <br />fence. <br />6. LANDSCAPE PLAN - The preliminary landscape plan has been prepared by landscape <br />Architect Ery Malin of Minnesota Valley Landscape and is accompanied by the plant <br />material list indicating size and species of trees and shrubs. See Landscape Plan. <br />7. SOIL BORINGS - Soil borings have been completed and test results will be included as <br />soon as they are available. <br />8. OTHER <br />a. Walkways, parking areas, exterior patios are indicated on the SITE LAYOUT <br />PLAN. <br />b. All parking areas and roadways will have blacktop surface. 60' in front of <br />overhead receiving and shipping docks will be concrete. <br />
