E. This agreement may becanceled by either party hereto by <br />a 30 day written notice served by mail by one party upon the <br />other. Such cancellation to take effect at the expiration <br />of the 30 day period. <br />F. The parties shall obtain and maintain workers' <br />compensation insurance, automobile insurance for vehicles <br />and general liability insurance for bodily injury, personal <br />injury and property damage to their respective officials and <br />employees in the performance of duties arising under this <br />agreement, and provide certification and evidence of such <br />coverage to the other party. Each party hereto shall fully <br />indemnify and hold harmless the other party against all <br />claims, losses, damage, liability, suits, judgments, costs <br />and expenses by reason of action or inaction of its <br />employees assigned to work in the recreation programs.
