Pecchia, Chief of Police <br />DATE December 8, 1995 <br />TOPIC SECOND READING, Ordinance <br />No. 23 - 95 Amending the Lino Lakes City <br />Code by Adopting the Anoka County <br />Juvenile Curfew Ordinance <br />BACKGROUND: <br />This Curfew Ordinance has been discussed at several Council work sessions. <br />During these discussion, it was noted that the purpose of this particular <br />ordinance was to insure that all metropolitan communities operate under one <br />ordinance so that juveniles would not travel to a neighboring community <br />where the curfew ordinances were not as restrictive. <br />The FIRST READING of Ordinance No. 23 - 95 was adopted at the <br />November 27, 1995 Council meeting. There have no changes to the <br />ordinance since the FIRST READING. There also has been no suggested <br />changes or comments. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Adopt the SECOND READING of Ordinance No. 23 - 95 and <br />dispense with the reading. <br />Return matter to staff for further information. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Option No. 1 <br />
