Council Member introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-174 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM <br />THE TAX INCREMENT 1-4 FUND TO THE ESCROW FUND <br />WHEREAS, Engineering, planning and legal costs were incurred on the Emtech <br />project, and <br />WHEREAS, these costs were coded to an escrow account, and <br />WHEREAS, these costs should be paid with tax increments from District 1-4. <br />r• <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes that the <br />transfer from the Tax Increment 1-4 Fund to the Escrow Fund be approved as follows: <br />Increase Decrease <br />Tax Increment 1-4 (410) ($6,298.89) <br />Escrow Fund (801) $6,298.89 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 11th day of December, 1995. <br />Vernon F. Reinert - Mayor <br />Marilyn G. Anderson - Clerk Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
