Council Member introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-177 <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE 1989 CONSTRUCTION <br />FUND TO THE ESCROW FUND FOR RESHANAU 4TH & 5TH ADDITIONS <br />WHEREAS, the construction for these projects is complete, and <br />WHEREAS, the amount remaining in the escrow has been returned, and <br />WHEREAS, the engineering consultant (T.K.D.A.) has reviewed the costs associated <br />with these projects, and <br />WHEREAS, costs for certain engineering and planning were incorrectly charged to the <br />escrow. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes that the <br />transfer from the 1989 Construction Fund to the Escrow Fund be approved as follows: <br />Increase Decrease <br />1989 Construction Fund (453) ($4,871) <br />Escrow Fund (801) $4,871 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 11th day of December, 1995. <br />Vernon F.
