d. The Minnesota State Board of Electricity Rules Chapter 3800, <br />revised April, 1995, and any future revisions, modifications or <br />amendments thereto, are hereby adopted by reference, except for <br />those sections which have been revised by city council resolution. <br />With regard to such rules adopted by reference, wherever the <br />phrase "request for inspection" is used therein, substitute the <br />words "electrical permit" and wherever the words "the board" <br />referring to the state board of electricity are used therein, <br />substitute the words "the city." <br />Section 2: Effective Date. <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) after its passage and publication by the <br />Lino Lakes City Council. <br />Passed this 13th day of November , 1995 by the Lino Lakes City Council. <br />Vernon Reinert, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Marilyn f(nderson Clerk <br />
