Council Member Elliott <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION 95-157 <br />RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE REAPPOINTMENT OF EUGENE PETERSON <br />TO RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT BOARD OF MANAGERS <br />WHEREAS, Eugene Peterson has served as a Rice Creek Watershed District <br />Board Manager representing Anoka County since January 1993; and <br />WHEREAS, Peterson has been responsive to the needs of City of Lino Lakes <br />while simultaneously observing environmental sensitivity, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Lino Lakes supports the reappointment of Eugene Peterson as a Rice Creek Watershed <br />District Board Manager. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th Day of November, 1995. <br />Vernon F. Anderson, City Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />MemberBergesonand upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
