Councilmember introduced the following ordinance <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY'OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. - 96 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900 NUISANCES OF THE CITY CODE, CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does <br />ordain: <br />That Section 901.03 Public Nuisances Affecting Peace & Safety <br />subsection (4) shall be deleted in its entirety and the following <br />substituted in lieu thereof: <br />901.03 (4) (a) Noise emanating from any use shall be in <br />compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Standards, Minnesota Regulations MPC 7030, as amended. <br />(b) No person shall engage in or permit <br />construction activities involving the use of any kind of electric, <br />pneumatic, diesel or gas -powered machine or other power equipment <br />except between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on any weekday <br />or between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on any weekend or <br />holiday. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after 30 days following its passage and publication, in accordance <br />with the City Charter. <br />Passed this day of , 1996 <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
